About the company

We develop, market and fulfill consumer products that we sell online under our own brands.

Each brand runs its own storefront, policies and customer support. We choose the products, run the marketing, and manage orders and customer service for every brand.

We sell to customers in the United States through our own websites. Every order is placed and paid on the brand’s storefront, and every customer can reach a real support inbox for questions, returns and refunds.

Our brands start small and grow with their customers. We test products carefully, keep the ones people come back for, and retire the ones that do not meet the standard we set for each brand.

How we operate

One company runs the work behind every brand, so each storefront can focus on its customers.

  • Product selection

    We look for everyday products that solve a clear problem for a specific customer. Before a product joins a brand, we review its quality, its supplier and how it holds up in daily use.

  • Marketing

    We tell customers plainly what a product does and what it costs. Our brands reach people through online advertising, email and their own websites.

  • Orders and delivery

    Customers order and pay on the brand’s storefront. We work with fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver orders across the United States, and every order comes with tracking.

  • Customer care

    Every brand has its own support inbox and publishes its shipping, return and refund policies on its storefront. We answer questions, process returns and issue refunds under those policies.

  • Payments and privacy

    Payments go through established payment processors, and we do not store card numbers. Customer information is used to fulfill orders and support customers, as each brand’s privacy policy explains.

Each brand sells online under its own name, with its own storefront and policies.

A brand starts with one customer and one problem worth solving. NURA is the first brand we operate. We are developing more direct-to-consumer brands and will list each one here when it opens.
